Every summer, UK caravan Facebook groups fill up with posts asking “anyone got a van free 16th–27th August?”. Owners have free weeks, families want a seaside break, and finding each other means scrolling, messaging and hoping.

VanHols puts you straight in touch with the people who own the caravans. Every owner is ID-checked and has shown us proof that they own their van, so you always know who you’re booking with. You see the full price upfront, with nothing added later, and booking takes a few taps. The owner confirms within 24 hours, and you’re not charged unless they accept.

Our story

I paint kitchens for a living, and I’ve always loved a static caravan holiday.

Over time I noticed two things. Caravan owners sometimes struggle to get their vans booked, and in the Facebook groups people are constantly asking whether certain dates are available. The owners and the families are both there, but finding each other is harder than it should be.

So I decided to build an easy site that puts them together: owners show their dates, families see what’s free, and booking takes a minute.
